This is Haus of Poetry's first workshop done at our very own Dieruff High School! (That's us on the floor up front)

I know this looks a bit different than our original page but Welcome to our new Haus of Poetry! We have made the decision to become an affiliate of Black Canvas Poetry! What is that? Our Co-founder has created a new home for voices all around. You can read more of that on the main website. Where does this put Haus of Poetry you ask? Well Haus of poetry is now THE place for students to publish their work. Think of it as a highlight for all the hard work the students we work with do! This is your special place and we hope you like it!

About us!

Haus of Poetry was an original idea put together by three members of Black Canvas Poetry. Isaiah, Shy and Jqueen. The three of us got together after reminiscing our years being apart of Spittin' Truth (Thanks Boyd) and We collectively decided it was about time to start our own spoken word group and branch out to our community. Now about two years later we have decided we want to give back to the students who started it all!
